Rabya Anwar, Managing Partner at AG UAE and Partner at AGL UK, delivered an extremely well-received technical seminar on ‘Taking Your FinTech Into the Metaverse: How to Keep it Legal and Make it Lucrative’. This was followed by the panel session.

It was an incredible privilege to have well-recognised, industry leading expert panelists join us for a lively panel Q&A and debate session. Some of the panelists included Dr. Christina Zhang (CEO of the Metaverse Institute and ITU Co-Chair on CitiVerse), Lynne Marlor (Head of Strategic Partnerships at Global Blockchain Business Council and Co-Founder of Women in Digital Assets Forum), James Nicholls (Managing Director, Braithwate) and Nadir Abrar (former Head of Rise London & Fintech Platform Lead at Rise, created by Barclays).

The experts engaged in lively debates, as they provided valuable insights for Fintechs and any other businesses which would like to leverage new technology in order to expand internationally and exponentially increase profits. There was a strong turnout of recognised industry professionals and great deal of curiosity and buzz regarding the subject matter

The After-Party 

After the technical presentations and the Q&A panel session, guests then enjoyed free-flowing drinks and canapes whilst carrying on the conversation. The post-event networking allowed for meaningful exchanges and the creation of valuable new connections within the financial services sector.
